Alex was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio. Upon graduation from high school, he attended the University of Notre Dame, majoring in political science and philosophy. He graduated in 2017. During his 1L summer, Alex served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Algenon L. Marbley with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Alex is also excited to be returning to campus as an Assistant Rector for O’Neill Family Hall at the start of his 2L year. Upon earning his JD, Alex hopes to practice in either Ohio, Florida, or Washington, D.C., with his family residing in those three locations. During his free time, Alex enjoys reading political theory and theology, playing video games, musical theatre, and traveling. Alex is extremely excited to be joining JLEPP, and hopes he can bring his talents and interests to better serve the Journal.
