Harkesh is from Potomac Falls, Virginia. He attended the University of Virginia, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Government. During 1L summer, he worked as a summer associate at a firm in Indianapolis. This past summer, Harkesh worked as a summer associate at White & Case in New York, where he will be returning after graduation.
