Mitchell is from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He attended Indiana University – Purdue University Fort Wayne, where he graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Distinction. During the summer of his 1L year, Mitchell worked as a summer associate at Carson LLP in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Mitchell is a regular volunteer at the Volunteer Lawyer Network in South Bend, Indiana, outside of law school. With a goal of becoming a litigator, he enjoys spending his free time taking spontaneous road trips with friends and restoring classic Volkswagens.
