Nicholas Burandt

Nicholas Burandt is a third-year law student from Cincinnati, Ohio. He obtained a B.A. from DePaul University with a double major in International and Arabic Studies. After his first year of law school, he externed for Federal District Judge Michael Barrett and was a law clerk at the Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati. After his second year, he worked for Dykema Gossett in Detroit, Michigan as a summer associate. During his summer at Dykema, he worked on all types of litigation matters including trade secret law, business and commercial disputes, and products liability. He is interested in trial advocacy and is the current Chief Research Assistant for Professor Seckinger’s Intensive Trial Advocacy class.
