Aisha grew up two and a half hours away from Notre Dame in the suburbs of Indianapolis. In 2021, she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Butler University with majors in Strategic Communication and Philosophy. Before law school, Aisha was a communications coordinator and social media specialist for a full-service advertising agency. As a 1L, Aisha was involved in BLSA and spent her summer as a legal intern for the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center. She is currently an Oralist on NDLS Moot Court Board, Social Chair for Black Law Students Association, and Director of Membership & Marketing for Women’s Legal Forum. In her free time, she is an avid hot yoga and pilates goer, loves to make candles, and enjoys reading up on astrology and tarot.
