Christopher Belmarez grew up on the east side of Houston, Texas and attended the University of Texas. After graduating, he joined the United States Navy and served on the USS Theodore Roosevelt where he deployed to the Persian Gulf. Christopher served in the Navy for six years, working in the Nuclear Reactor Department. He now serves as the President of the Military and Veterans Law Society as well as the Vice President of the Hispanic Law Student Association. During his 1L summer he got married and worked at a boutique litigation firm in Austin, Texas. Outside of law school, Christopher enjoys exercising and watching sports with family and friends.

Tess Bolger
Tess is from the northwest suburbs of Chicago. She graduated Michigan State University in 2017 with a degree in Political Science. She became interested in real estate after taking property in law school. She will be working for Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office after graduating (and passing the bar) from law school. Tess enjoys hiking, baking, water activities and the Chicago Cubs in any free time she has.
Lauren Palmer
I’m from Southern California – worked in Los Angeles for a judge my 1L summer and at Allen Matkins in San Diego in the RE Transactions department this past summer. I’ll return after graduation. I went to undergrad at the University of Louisiana, Monroe and majored in Risk Mgmt and Insurance. I played soccer in undergrad and will get along with any and all sports fans!
Constance Burri
Constance is from Clearwater, Florida. She went to University of Miami, where she double majored in economics and legal studies. During her 1L summer Constance worked in the State Attorney’s Office in Pinellas County, Florida responding to postconviction relief motions. Her 2L summer, she worked as a Labor and Employee Discipline Law Clerk for the Chicago Board of Education in the Law Department. A fun fact about Constance: she has seven siblings.

Justin Wolber
Justin is a second-year law student and comes to Notre Dame from the suburbs of Hockeytown (Detroit, MI). He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Forensic Science from Ferris State University (’17). He is a staff member of Notre Dame’s Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy, a brief writer on Notre Dame’s Moot Court Board, and a member of the jail committee for the Exoneration Project. Justin worked as a summer associate at Miller Johnson in Grand Rapids during the summer of 2019 and plans to return to Michigan to practice upon graduation. A fun fact about Justin is his favorite instrument to play is the ukulele.

Zachery McCraney
Zack grew up in Boise, Idaho. He attended Boise State University where he majored in criminal justice. After undergrad, he spent five years in the military as an explosive ordnance disposal technician. Zack worked at Idaho Legal Aid Services during the summer following his first year of law school, and he hopes to practice real estate and energy law post-graduation. He enjoys anything that gets him outdoors, especially mountain biking and skiing.
