Zack is a lifelong Michigander from Livonia. He graduated from the Michigan State University Honors College and is a member of the schools Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society with degrees in International Relations and Public Policy, and a minor in Economics. Zack is a member of Notre Dames ACS and an Oralist on the Moot Court Board. He is a former research assistant for Professor Blanchard and a former legal extern for the Honorable Judge Michael Gotsch. Zack worked for Jones Day Chicago his 2L summer. In his free time Zack enjoys cooking and is an avid hiker trying to visit all 63 National Parks.

Maura is originally from Park Ridge, Illinois. She graduated summa cum laude from Boston College in 2020 with degrees in English and History, and a minor in Faith, Peace & Justice. She then spent a year with the Jesuit Volunteer Corp in San Francisco as a tenant’s right to counsel paralegal at the Eviction Defense Collaborative. Maura currently serves as President of the Public Interest Law Forum, Director of Service of the Women’s Legal Forum, and Co-President of the National Lawyers Guild. During her 1L summer, Maura was a law clerk at the Illinois Prison Project. In her free time, Maura enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with friends.

Cam is originally from Madison, Connecticut. He attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York, where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. During his 1L summer, he interned in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. He will return to New York for his 2L summer to work as a summer associate at Jones Day. In his downtime, Cam enjoys cheering on the Philadelphia Flyers, sailing, skiing, and running.

Katie is originally from Scotch Plains, New Jersey. She attended the University of Pennsylvania and majored in Biological Basis of Behavior with a minor in Law and Society. During her 1L summer, she interned for the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II at the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Katie currently serves as the SBA London Coordinator and the Vice-President of the Native American Law Student Association.

Huan Nguyen is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. He attended the University of North Carolina and graduated with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History. In addition to his membership in JLEPP, Huan is also an oralist on Notre Dame’s Moot Court team and a member of APALSA. During his 1L summer, he worked with the North Carolina Department of Justice in their Special Litigation Section in Raleigh. In his free time, he enjoys lifting weights and reading.

Yifei Wang is originally from Beijing, China. He graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2018 with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science. During college, he founded and managed an on campus startup, Wake Wash LLC. Yifei worked as a blockchain project analyst, a financial analyst, and a teacher prior to attending Notre Dame Law School. He was the recipient of Faculty Award for Property 60906. During his 1L summer, he interned for Hon. Ellen L. Flannigan in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Yifei is an enthusiastic skier, a vinyl record collector, and a lifetime sudoku player.
