Claudia Stedman is a 3L from Worcester, PA. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in Health and Societies, concentrating in Health Policy and Law. At NDLS, she has served as the President of the Health Law Society, Veterans Outreach Chair for Military and Veterans Law, Summer Stipend Chair for Fed Soc, and is a Strategy Tutor with Academic Services for Student Athletes. During her 1L summer she worked for the Institute for Justice in Phoenix, AZ. During her 2L summer she worked for Snell & Wilmer in Phoenix, AZ, where she will be practicing after graduation. A fun fact about Claudia is that she learned how to drive a tractor when she was 10.

Alex is originally from Wyckoff, New Jersey. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated in 2015 with a B.A. in Health and Societies. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Alex worked for three years as a strategy consultant for clients in the pharmaceutical and animal health industries. During his 1L summer, Alex worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana. This past summer, he worked as a summer associate in the New York office of Jones Day, where he will return after graduation. At Notre Dame, Alex is an Oralist on the Moot Court Board Showcase Team, and has served as the President of the school’s Health Law Society. Outside of law school, Alex enjoys golfing, traveling, and playing with his dog, Rocky.

Christine Kennedy was born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland. She went to the University of Maryland for undergrad where she studied Political Science. During her 1L Summer she loved working for an Administrative Judge at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She used to officiate sports throughout undergrad!

Vivian is originally from Tustin, California. She attended the University of California, San Diego and graduated in 2018 with a major in Literature and Writing. During her 1L summer, Vivian was a law clerk at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the juvenile division. After law school, Vivian plans to return to California and work in litigation. In her free time, Vivian enjoys coaching mock trial, spending time with friends and family, and being mediocre at bowling.

Peter is from Kenosha, WI. He studied Political Science at the University of Notre Dame in undergrad. Having lived on campus in undergrad, he is very excited about being an Assistant Rector in St. Edward’s Hall this year. Peter was an extern for Judge John Robert Blakey in the Northern District of Illinois the summer after his 1L year. He hopes to litigate in Chicago upon his graduation. Peter is the fifth of six kids, all of whom have at least one degree from Our Lady’s University.

Emily Mollinedo is originally from Miami, Florida. Prior to Law School she attended New York University where she majored in History and Romance Languages. Since starting at Notre Dame Law School she has been involved with the Exoneration Project and Wrongful Conviction Team as well as with the Hispanic Law Students Association. Emily spent her 1L summer working for the Appellate Defender’s office in Springfield, Illinois. Most recently she worked as a Summer Associate for the civil rights firm Loevy & Loevy and plans to pursue a career in Civil Rights Law. In her free time she enjoys running, watching sports, baking pastries, and going on long walks with her Goldendoodle Bear.
