Declan M. Hurley


Declan hails from Cornelius, North Carolina. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Chicago, where he double-majored in Economics and History, served as a teaching assistant for Professor Casey Mulligan, and wrote a senior thesis on the third Marquess of Salisbury’s views of the United States. Declan spent his 1L summer in Washington, D.C. as a summer associate at Torridon Law PLLC. After graduation, he will clerk for Judge Kyle Duncan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
