
Garrett comes from a military family and grew up in eleven states. He spent most of his time in Las Vegas, Nevada. He attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and, in 2018, graduated with degrees in political science and philosophy. After graduating from UNLV, he spent five years working at a law firm that represents veterans. At NDLS, Garrett serves as the Military and Veterans Law Society president. He spent his 1L summer doing legal work at an NGO in Israel on behalf of the victims of the October 7th terrorist attack. In his free time, Garrett enjoys watching classic movies, playing the trumpet, working on dad jokes, and spending time with his family.
