Welcome to JLEPP: In Limine!
Welcome to Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy: In Limine, a new publication from ND JLEPP.
In Limine (Latin for “at the threshold”) is JLEPP’s space for shorter, more regular articles. We picked the name because the shorter works we will publish here will be at the threshold, so to speak, of the longer works that we publish in our Online Supplement and the more editorial commentary found on many blogs.
We decided to launch In Limine because some issues simply move faster than full-length publication permits. The articles below cover a wide range of timely legal issues related to the Journal’s areas of focus, prioritizing a consistent dedication to our Judeo-Christian principles. We have published scholarship from promising students, established experts, and notable jurists alike. Read more below.

In Limine is currently accepting submissions! We consider works under 5,000 words related to JLEPP‘s areas of focus. Text and footnotes should conform to The Bluebook (22nd ed.) and The Chicago Manual of Style (18th ed.). Articles are considered on a rolling basis.
