Lucas Brolin


Lucas Brolin was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, a sleepy suburban town one stop off Los Angeles. He stayed in his hometown for University as well, studying at its local institution, California Lutheran University. Here, he majored in Criminology and Criminal Justice, earning his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, and graduating as Valedictorian of his class. Before law school, Lucas moved to Seoul, South Korea, where he taught as an English instructor. At Notre Dame Law School, Lucas worked as a Teaching Assistant, founded the Jewish Law Students Association, and represents the Office of Admissions as a Lead Ambassador. He spent his 1L summer as an Honors Scholar, studying Legal Technology and Operations at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. He spent his 2L summer working as Professor Richard Garnett’s Research Assistant, and as a Civil Rights Fellow for the Center for Equal Opportunity. In his free time, Lucas enjoys tinkering with computers and going out with his friends.
