Nicholas Darcy

Nicholas Darcy is a J.D. candidate from Morton, Illinois. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2023 with a B.S. in Political Science and Economics. Before law school, Nick worked as a courtroom clerk in the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Illinois. He spent his 1L summer as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael M. Mihm of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Nick will spend his 2L summer as a summer associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a judicial clerkship and a career in litigation.
