Noah grew up in Rochester, Minnesota. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas (MN) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2022, where he was a 5-year letter winner in football.
At Notre Dame Law School, Noah participated in the London Law Programme during the 2024 Fall semester. He is also a Dean’s Circle Fellow and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing II. He maintains involvement with the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) and the Business Law Forum (BLF). During his 1L summer, Noah worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Patrick J. Schiltz of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Noah’s hobbies include traveling, fishing, cooking, skiing, watching movies, and rooting for Minnesota’s professional sports teams.
