Owen is from Bellevue, WA and graduated from Hillsdale College in 2021 with a degree in political economy. After relocating from Washington to Idaho, he spent his 1L summer externing for the Honorable Ryan Nelson on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He spent his 2L summer as a litigation associate at Stoel Rives LLP in Boise, ID, where he will return after graduation. Owen currently serves Dillon Hall as an Assistant Rector and enjoys spending his free time playing music with the his law school band, the Learned Hand Formula.
