Frances is originally from Leawood, Kansas. She graduated from University of Notre Dame in 2018 with a degree in Neuroscience & Behavior and minor in Anthropology. She then pursued a Master of Public Health in Global Epidemiology from Emory University. Prior to returning to Notre Dame for law school, Frances worked at the Centers for Disease Control on the Global Border Health team responding to Ebola and COVID-19 epidemics in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. During her 1L summer, she interned for the Honorable Paul Gurney in the Tenth Judicial District of Kansas. When she is not at the law school, Frances can be found golfing, cuddling with her kitten Denny, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
